  1. As a business owner, I think it’s important to know what kind of employees are suitable for what. Hiring overseas VA’s is cheap (which means that you can hire a lot of them), but you should only hire these for simpler tasks. On the otherhand, hiring a domestic employee might be more skilled, but of course the costs will be higher.

    It’s about finding that right balance between “the cost of an employee” and the output.
